PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MAILING ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

We ship bu UPS and USPS. We will leave the choice to you.

Please do not use PO Boxes for UPS delivery, they will not deliver to PO Boxes.

If PO Box will be given we will ship that package to that PO Box but with USPS, ONLY!

www.abctanninglotions.com is not responsible if wrong delivery address is provided and your shipment may be delayed or return to us.

If the package will be return to us you will have to cover shipping fees again in order for us to re-ship your package to you.

Any Item refused and/or returned to us will be charged for shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.

If customer would like for us to re-ship that package to another or same address, customer is responsible to pay for the Shipping charges again.

We Guarantee for your package to be shipped out within 48 hours (excluding Weekends and Holidays), from the time it was purchase.

If your shipping address and all other necessary information is provided by you correctly and your order is placed by 12pm (noon) the day of the order.

PLEASE NOTE:

If large order is placed of the same item we may need additional time to ship the package out, due to not enough of the same item in stock. However package should be mailed out with in 7 working days from the time order was placed.

There are no expressed or implied warranties on any of the products sold on our website.

All sales are final, and there are no returns or exchanges on any products.

For contamination purposes, we cannot accept products for return or exchange (unless we send a wrong product and the product has not been tampered with or malfunction of the product).

Any Item refused and/or returned to us will be charged for shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

Once the order is placed and you ask us to cancel it there will be 20% restocking fee of the total order, including shipping charges.
